Dr. Sam Qamar and Dr. Hisana Qamar, husband-and-wife, bring a warmth to medical practice rarely experienced in clinic settings today. They treat individuals as human beings, not just patients. Hisana Qamar, MD
Dr. Qamar completed her undergraduate studies in Microbiology at California Polytechnic University. She earned her M.D. from Ross University School of Medicine after clerkships in the United Kingdom and Johns Hopkins-affiliated hospitals in Baltimore, Maryland. Family Medicine post-graduate training was at Pinnacle Health Hospitals in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Dr. Qamar was in private practice in Monterey, California for many years. Dr. Qamar became Board Certified in Family Medicine in 2005. When not working, Dr. Qamar enjoys her time with family and friends, exercising, and helping her husband, Dr. Sam Qamar, with their healthcare companies. Dr. Hisana Qamar is contracted with several area health plans, and cares for her patients in that capacity.

M. Samir Qamar, MD
After undergraduate studies at University of Maryland, medical studies at Ross University School of Medicine, and post-doctorate studies at Penn State College of Medicine, Dr. Sam Qamar completed his residency at Lancaster General Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania healthcare system, one of the highest-ranked Family Medicine programs in the country. Before Las Vegas, Dr. Qamar was the House Physician for the famed Pebble Beach Resorts in Monterey, California, where he also operated one of the nation’s most successful concierge medicine practices. In addition to his practice, Dr. Qamar is a serial entrepreneur and the inventor of the FDA-cleared telemedicine device MedWand, having enjoyed immense media attention. His visions on the future of primary care have been referenced in many publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Fox Business News, Forbes, and Time. Formerly a Medical Director at renowned WeatherTech Laguna Seca Raceway, he still enjoys motorsport in his spare time. He was Board Certified in Family Medicine in 2005.
